Prints so much better
Prints better than anything else I've tried in the PLA+ market, and has the heat tolerance to boot. I've got a basic little classic Ender 3 which usually spits out layer inconsistencies and artifacts like crazy with other products, but this filament is incredibly consistent to the point where a print I finished genuinely looked perfect. Didn't even have to dry it. Quality to the max!

Nice surface finish, great material
The color and surface finish on Sievert Silver HTPLA+ are considerably darker than what I'd call "silver", more like the shiny dark gray found on plastic chassis parts on many laptops and phones. It looks smooth and professional and rivals matte-surface materials for concealing layer lines, periodic extruder artifacts, and any small amount of ringing left after input shaper. It's also really good at highlighting embossed/debossed lettering in the print surface or similar details. The material prints really well, with no bed adhesion, layer adhesion, or extrusion consistency problems. It does however need higher temperatures than normal PLA. The recommended temperatures seem accurate for the speeds they're advertised for and beyond, and for much higher speeds (25+ mm³/s) I've had good results taking it up to around 260 °C.
